Abstract

To enable selection between a first mode in which a case storing a medicine is put in / out automatically from the rear of a device, and a second mode in which the case is put in / out manually from the front of the device, in a medicine feeding device.SOLUTION: A selected case selected from multiple cases 300 can be placed on a placement part 130. A conveyance unit is provided movably along the rear side of a case rack 200. The conveyance unit conveys the selected case between the case rack 200 and the placement part 130.
