Abstract
To provide amorphous forms of teneligliptin-"n" hydrobromide with a reduced amount of a residual solvent, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The present disclosure provides amorphous forms of "n" hydrobromide of 3-{(2S,4S)-4-[4-(3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-5-yl)piperazine-1-yl]pyrrolidine-2-yl carbonyl}thiazolidine represented by a formula (I) (teneligliptin-"n" hydrobromide) with a content of a residual solvent of 2000 ppm or less, where, "n" is a molar ratio of hydrobromic acid to teneligliptin, ranging from 2.0 to 3.0.
