Abstract

Provide practitioners with a multi-item collaborative training environment. [Solution] The present invention relates to the field of sports training, and in particular to a physical training device. The physical training device includes an annular body with a running board unit on its outer wall and a jump pit unit on its inner wall. The running board unit includes a board body and a footboard. The annular body has a bottom plate on its outer wall with an adjustment groove, the top of the footboard rotatably connected to the outer wall of the annular body and the bottom of the footboard fitted into the adjustment groove. The jump pit unit is attached to the inner wall of the annular body and includes a jump platform with multiple deep pits on its top surface and multiple horizontally arranged slots on its side, and an insert board inserted into the slot. The integrated adjustable equipment structure of the present invention provides exercisers with a multi-item collaborative training environment and meets the needs of adaptive adjustment for different ability levels.
