Abstract
Provided are a head pad (100, 200) having a simple configuration, and a head-mounted display (1) comprising the head pad (100, 200). A front pad (100) comprises: an elastic surface portion (110) that elastically deforms when contacted with the head of a user; and a protruding edge portion (120) protruding from the edge of the elastic surface portion (110) and forming, together with the elastic surface portion (110), a deformation-permitting space (P1) permitting deformation of the elastic surface portion (110).
