Abstract

In order to notify a notification subject associated with an evacuation subject of notification information for establishing urging for the evacuation subject, this notification device comprises: an acquisition unit for acquiring position information pertaining to a first portable terminal belonging to the evacuation subject; an identification unit for identifying a contact address of the notification subject associated with the evacuation subject; an assessment unit for assessing the evacuation status of the evacuation subject in accordance with the positional relationship between a current location corresponding to the position information pertaining to the first portable terminal belonging to the evacuation subject and the position of an evacuation site allocated to the evacuation subject, and generating notification information for the notification subject in accordance with the evacuation status of the evacuation subject; and an output unit for outputting the notification information to the contact address of the notification subject.
