Abstract

In cold, snowy regions, rapid and well-planned snow removal is essential to maintain urban functions and ensure safe and smooth road traffic during the winter. Traditionally, operations have been largely dependent on individual personnel, leading to fragmented understanding of road, traffic, weather, and road facility conditions, resulting in uneven distribution of information, inconsistent judgment, duplicated work, and unclear cost-effectiveness. [Solution] This invention provides a snow removal operations platform that comprehensively manages the planning, implementation, evaluation, and improvement of snow removal on snow-covered roads. It is a platform that comprehensively analyzes multiple external and internal information to determine necessity and priority, and then formulates and updates implementation plans for each road or management unit, manages work execution, visualizes results, and ensures continuous improvement. This platform incorporates conventional snow removal decision-making support systems, while also incorporating higher-level functions such as operational-level KPI management, financial and settlement accounting, environmental assessment, collaboration with related organizations, and audits and disclosure.
