Abstract

The present disclosure provides IL2 grafted onto antibody CDR sequences that have a favorable therapeutic profile compared to known clinically used molecules. Specifically, the provided antibody-cytokine-grafted protein compositions increase or maintain CD8+ T effector cells while reducing Treg cell activity. In addition, the provided compositions offer improved half-life, stability, and productivity compared to recombinant human IL2 preparations such as Proleukin®.
