Abstract

To provide a RNAi agent targeting a ketohexokinase (KHK) gene.SOLUTION: A double-stranded ribonucleic acid (dsRNA) agent for inhibiting expression of a ketohexokinase (KHK) gene includes a sense strand and an antisense strand. The sense strand includes a nucleotide sequence having a specific sequence and at least 15 of continuous nucleotides in which three or less of nucleotides are different, and the antisense strand includes a nucleotide sequence having a specific sequence and at least 15 of continuous nucleotides in which three or less of nucleotides are different. The present invention further provides a method of using an RNAi agent for inhibiting KHK gene expression in a subject, and a treatment method or a prevention method of a KHK-related disease.SELECTED DRAWING: None
