Abstract

A culture device (10) comprises an accommodation part (56) which is capable of accommodating a culture solution (L) and a microalgae, and a plurality of guide parts (70) which are provided to the accommodation part (56). A guide part (70) has a main body part (72) and a ceiling part (74) which is provided to an upper end (77u) of the main body part (72). In the main body part (72), a gas is supplied to a lower end (77d) which faces a bottom part of the accommodation part (56). The ceiling part (74) directs the gas from the guide part (70) in one direction in the width direction of the accommodation part (56).
