Abstract
To provide a production technology of a three-dimensional cellular tissue which suppresses reduction of the thickness of a three-dimensional cellular tissue over time even if the tissue is cultured over time to maintain the thickness of the three-dimensional cellular tissue, and can suppress reduction of collagen in the three-dimensional cellular tissue.SOLUTION: A method for producing three-dimensional cellular tissue includes: a process of mixing an interstitial cell, a cationic substance, an extracellular matrix component and polymer electrolyte to obtain a mixture; a process of removing a liquid part from the mixture to obtain a cell aggregate; a process of culturing the cell aggregate in culture medium to obtain a three-dimensional cellular tissue; and a process of culturing the three-dimensional cellular tissue on a culture medium including ascorbic acid and transforming growth factor-β;TGF-β, where the thickness of the three-dimensional cellular tissue is kept at 50 μm or more at least for 3 days after culturing the three-dimensional cellular tissue on the culture medium including the ascorbic acid and TGF-β.SELECTED DRAWING: None
