Abstract
To presume whether settlement has been completed when a customer having purchased a commodity using a portable terminal leaves a store, and to return the portable terminal to an initial state for the next visit.SOLUTION: A purchase management system includes a portable terminal and a store terminal. The portable terminal performs settlement processing for a purchase commodity selected using the portable terminal, and when the settlement processing is completed, displays leaving information. A reader of the store terminal reads the leaving information displayed on the portable terminal.
