Abstract

To achieve voice hearing support by utilizing tactile information for voice hearing without requiring training of a user or a large-scale device.SOLUTION: Provided is a voice transmission compensation device that supports discrimination of a voice heard by a user, including: an analysis unit that receives a voice signal, analyzes an acoustic feature of a particular type of sound in the voice signal, and outputs the acoustic feature; a conversion unit that receives the acoustic feature output from the analysis unit and generates and outputs a vibration signal having a time length corresponding to the acoustic feature; and a presentation unit that receives the vibration signal output from the conversion unit and supplies vibration having the time length for the user based on the vibration signal, so that a vibration stimulation and an auditory input of a voice are integrated in the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
