Abstract
To provide useful means and methods for amino acid quantification.SOLUTION: Provided is an amino acid quantification method, comprising (1) performing the following reactions (i) and (ii): (i) a reaction in which an amino acid and ATP are contacted with an ATP-dependent enzyme to consume ATP in an amino acid amount-dependent manner; and (ii) a reaction that generates a signal depending on the amount of ATP; as well as (2) detecting a signal.SELECTED DRAWING: None
