To provide an image communication system capable of allowing an image capturing source to specify a target point in real time.SOLUTION: An image communication system 10 including an imaging apparatus 5 for capturing an image and communication terminals 1 to 4 for displaying the image on a screen includes a target point definition part 194 for defining the target point in the image, an attitude information acquisition part 15a for acquiring the attitude information of the imaging apparatus, a target point conversion part 196 for converting the target point defined by the target point definition part according to the attitude information acquired by the attitude information acquisition part, a cut-out processing part 220 for cutting out a predetermined area including the target point converted by the target point conversion part from the image, and an output part 224 for displaying the predetermined area including the target point cut out by the cut-out processing part on the screen.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
