To provide a production management system, a production simulation device, a production simulation method, and a production simulation program that can accurately arrange management articles.SOLUTION: A production management system comprises: a storage unit that stores a product master including the quantity of stock of products and components, and a management article master in which at least one of the products and the components to be produced is registered as management articles; and a control unit that can refer to at least the product master to set the provisional number of management articles to be arranged.
