Abstract

To inhibit a lag between a timing that high pressure water is jetted and a timing that an abrasive material is jetted and thereby prevent occurrence of delamination of a lamination material.SOLUTION: A lamination material drilling device uses high pressure jet flow and includes: a nozzle head having a mixing chamber for mixing high pressure water supplied from a high pressure water supply device with an abrasive material supplied from an abrasive material supply device, and a nozzle for jetting high pressure jet flow from the mixing chamber; and a jet flow adjustment unit which causes the high pressure jet flow to collide with a through member before colliding with a workpiece and adjusts a colliding timing of the abrasive material with the workpiece.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
