Abstract
The present invention relates to a closure assembly (3) for a container (1) filled or capable of being filled with a pourable product, the closure assembly (3) comprising a lid (8) having a first rim (27), a ring member (9) having a second rim (29) facing the first rim (27), and one or more coupling elements (10) connected to the first rim (27) and the second rim (29). Each coupling element (10) comprises at least one intermediate portion (35), a first curved portion (36) connected to the first rim (27) and the intermediate portion (35), and a second curved portion (37) connected to the second rim (29) and the intermediate portion (35), the intermediate portion (35) being angled relative to the first rim (27) and / or the second rim (29).
