Abstract

To provide a virtual space management apparatus, a virtual space management program, and a virtual space management method for enabling user activities in a high-security environment.SOLUTION: A virtual space management apparatus executes: allowing a first user and a second user, who is a person to serve the first user in a virtual space, as avatars, to enter the virtual space; determining to migrate the status of the first user in the virtual space from a first phase to a second phase in which higher security than in the first phase is required; proceeding with personal authentication of a target user, who is at least one of the first and second users, after the second phase is started; requesting, when the personal authentication is established, a terminal operated by the target user to select disclosure information which is personal information to be disclosed; and proceeding with activities of the first user in the virtual space using the disclosure information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
