Locking mechanism for opening and closing parts

Abstract

Provided is a lock device which is for an opening / closing body, and which can sufficiently suppress damaging of an operation member when the operation member is rotated to the maximum with respect to a base member. A lock device 10 comprises: a base member 30; and an operation member 50. The operation member 50 has an operation plate 51, an operation part 53, a first transmission wall 60, a stopper 63, and a second transmission wall 70. The second transmission wall 70 is connected at a base end 71 thereof to the first transmission wall 60 and the stopper 63, and has: an extension part 73 having a portion which obliquely extends toward the operation plate 51; and a connection part which connects the extension part 73 and the operation plate 51. A gap K is generated among the first transmission wall 60, the connection part and the extension part 73 of the second transmission wall 70, and the operation plate 51.
