Abstract

A laser diode component (1) is specified, which comprises at least one semiconductor laminate (2), at least one first contact structure (6), at least one second contact structure (9), and at least one resonator (11). The at least one first contact structure (6) has at least one first contact element (7). The at least one second contact structure (9) has at least one second contact element (10), and the at least one second contact element (10) is arranged on the same side as the at least one first contact element (7) in the laser diode component (1). The at least one resonator (11) comprises a first resonator region (12) and a second resonator region (14). The first resonator region (12) has a first reflective layer (13) arranged on the at least one semiconductor laminate (2). The at least one semiconductor laminate (2) is respectively provided with a first reflective layer (15) and a second conductive reflective layer (16). The second conductive reflective layer (16) electrically conducts the at least one first contact element (7) to the first semiconductor region (3) of the semiconductor laminate (2), or electrically conducts the at least one second contact element (10) to the second semiconductor region (5) of the semiconductor laminate (2). Furthermore, a manufacturing method of such a laser diode component (1) is specified.
