To provide an information processing device, information processing system, information processing method, and information processing program, which enable easy sharing of health information of a user.SOLUTION: An information processing device 10 provided herein comprises at least one processor configured to: receive user information including health information regarding health of another person and location information of the another person; determine whether or not the location information indicates a location within a predetermined range from at least one of a host device location and a predetermined location; and, if the determination is affirmative, transfer the user information to a pre-registered contact destination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
