Abstract

A method for producing a multi-layer cellular structure, the method comprising culturing, by using a serum-free medium, mesenchymal stem cells derived from dental pulp in culturing equipment coated with type-I collagen or a fragment thereof, wherein the number of mesenchymal stem cells, being derived from the dental pulp, used for inoculation is more than 0.5×104cells / cm2 but less than 2×104cells / cm2.
