Abstract
To obtain appropriate images when preset settings of an imaging area and image quality are performed.SOLUTION: A system control unit 119 acquires preset settings to be reproduced, and acquires a PTZ execution time that is the time required for execution of PTZ control. The system control unit 119 calculates the amount of change in image quality per unit time based on image quality settings in the preset settings, the current image quality settings (image quality settings before image quality control), and the PTZ execution time acquired in step S403.
