Abstract

This invention provides a battery top cover assembly with welded poles that suppresses deformation defects of the top cover plate and waste loss of pole material due to heat during laser welding. [Solution] The battery top cover assembly with welded poles disclosed in the present invention includes a top cover plate, a pole structure, a cap, a sealing ring, an upper insulating member, and a lower insulating member, wherein mounting holes are provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the top cover plate, and the pole structure is mounted in each mounting hole by the cap, sealing ring, upper insulating member, and lower insulating member, the pole portion of the pole structure in one mounting hole includes a copper member and an aluminum member, and the pole structure in the other mounting hole is an aluminum pole, thereby improving production quality and yield and reducing production costs.
