Abstract

To provide a charging device for a vehicle capable of improving reliability of mating control.SOLUTION: A charging device for a vehicle 1 includes: a housing 50 that holds a terminal for charging and fits into an inlet 210 disposed on the vehicle; a lock pin 52 that is disposed in the housing and is inserted into a recess 251 of the inlet by projecting from the housing in the state where the housing is fitted to the inlet; a drive unit 9 that is disposed in the housing and makes the lock pin protrude from the housing; and a detection unit 70 that detects an insertion state of the lock pin or the abnormality of the drive unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
