Abstract

To realize a clear light distribution pattern in a lighting fixture such as a vehicular lighting fixture.SOLUTION: An optical unit comprises: a light source; a rotating reflector 22 to be rotated in one direction around a rotation axis while reflecting light emitted from the light source; and a projection lens for projecting the light reflected by the rotating reflector 22, in a light irradiation direction. The projection lens has: a first lens region LR1 by which a first focal plane FP1 is determined; and a second lens region LR2 by which a second focal plane FP2 different from the first focal plane is determined. The light source is provided in such a manner that a virtual image position VP1 is located near the first focal plane FP1 when the rotating reflector 22 is located at a first rotation position, and a virtual image position VP2 is located near the second focal plane FP2 when the rotating reflector 22 is located at a second rotation position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
