Abstract
To provide novel antibody-drug conjugate structures.SOLUTION: The present disclosure provides antibody-drug conjugate structures, which include a cleavable linker that links the antibody to the drug and has a first cleavable moiety and a second cleavable moiety that hinders cleavage of the first cleavable moiety.
