To provide a paper packaging bag which is easy to open.SOLUTION: In a packaging bag that accommodates a sheet laminate in which multiple sheets are laminated, the density of the sheet laminate is 0.09 g / cm3 or more and 0.50 g / cm3 or less, the packaging bag is composed of a base material containing a paper component, the first static friction coefficient of the inner surface of the base material inside the packaging bag is 0.25 or more and 0.5 or less, the second static friction coefficient of the outer surface of the base material on the outside of the packaging bag is 0.3 or more and 0.65 or less, and the ratio of the first static friction coefficient to the second static friction coefficient is 0.5 or more and 0.9 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
