Abstract

To provide a double side recording type image formation device which enables improvement of printing quality of a rear surface.SOLUTION: An image formation device can perform a one side recording mode in which images are recorded on one surface of a recording medium and a double side recording mode in which images are recorded on both surfaces of the recording medium. The image formation device includes: a first temperature regulator which regulates a temperature of the recording medium; an inkjet head which discharges ink onto a surface of the recording medium; an inversion part which switches a transport direction of the recording medium to flip the recording medium when the double side recording mode is performed; a second temperature regulator which regulates a temperature of the flipped recording medium; and a control device which controls at least one of the first and second temperature regulators.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
