Abstract

The present invention relates to a glass substrate (1) with a thermal barrier film, said glass substrate (1) with a thermal barrier film comprising a glass plate (11) and a thermal barrier film (12) that is provided on one surface of the glass plate, wherein: the radio wave transmission loss at a frequency of 80 GHz is 5 dB or less; the transmittance at a wavelength of 900 nm is 15% or more; and the average reflectance at wavelengths from 5 μm to 15 μm is 25% or more.
