Abstract

To provide an information processing apparatus, an information processing method, and an information processing program for acquiring information indicating a relationship between time-series state data of a processed target object, and performance of the target object, structure or physical property of the target object, or a process value set for the processed target object.SOLUTION: A server 14 acquires a dataset which includes at least one combination of state data representing a time series of state for a processed target object, performance data representing the performance of the target object, data representing the structure or physical property of the target object, and process data representing a process value set for the processed target object. The server 14 executes principal component analysis on the state data of the acquired dataset, to generate a principal component value of the state data. The server 14 outputs information indicating a relationship between the principal component value of the state data and at least one of the performance data, the data representing the structure or physical property of the target object, and the process data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
