Abstract

To provide a vehicle control system capable of suitably carrying out analysis and investigation of an occurrence situation or occurrence cause for a communication failure between a controller and a plurality of vehicles.SOLUTION: A controller 5 includes a communication state determination unit 3 for determining quality of communication state between a facility side communication unit 6 and respective vehicle side communication units 36 of a plurality of vehicles 30 and a recording unit 4. When the communication state determination unit 3 determines that communication state between the facility side communication unit 6 and one of the vehicle side communication units 36 is in a communication failure, the controller 5, with a vehicle with occurence of communication failure as an object vehicle 30T, acquires vehicle state information indicating the state of the object vehicle 30T on at least one data acquirement point in time during a target period including at least one of an occurrence point in time or a resolution point in time of the communication failure and records vehicle state information in the recording unit 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
