Abstract

To provide a method for manufacturing a vehicular floor panel that can install a suction seat surface for transferring a panel to a vehicular floor panel while being flattened with press working to a blank material and also can increase material yield.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a vehicular floor panel 10 molds a blank material 1 comprising only a product shape portion into the vehicular floor panel 10. The method for manufacturing includes a step of pressing the blank material 1 so as to dispose a groove shape bead for panel reinforcement and a suction part 12 for transferring a panel which is formed by surrounding a suction seat surface 13 with a standing wall 14 in the vehicular floor panel 10 while being proximate to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
