Abstract

To make it possible to cope with a change in a processing plan, particularly an increase in the processing plan.SOLUTION: An operation management system 100 reduces a plurality of respective work subjects at a speed corresponding to a work speed, restores them by a restoration behavior and sets lower limit-given strength in them. The operation management system 100 creates an operation plan by using a digital twin line 22 so as to achieve a target processing plan while maintaining the strength of the work subjects to be equal to or more than the lower limit. The digital twin line 22 is a simulation model obtained by modeling a real line 2 composed of the plurality of cooperative work subjects. The operation plan includes at least a work speed and a period of a restoration behavior. The operation management system 100 allows the strength of the work subjects to temporarily drop to less than the lower limit in the creation of the operation plan in response to the exceeding of a prescribed reference value of the target processing plan.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
