Abstract

The generation apparatus (10) according to an embodiment has an acquisition unit (131), an extraction unit (132), and a generation unit (133). The acquisition unit (131) acquires a plurality of operation events that occur in response to operations on the screen of a terminal device (20), and a plurality of captured images of the screen. The extraction unit (132) extracts a captured image from among the plurality of captured images that satisfies a condition indicating association with an operation. The generation unit (133) generates an operation log that associates the captured image extracted by the extraction unit (132) with an operation event corresponding to the captured image among the plurality of operation events.
