Abstract

A benefit information issuance device (1) according to the present invention comprises: a verification control unit (11) that controls identity verification of a user when the user who has purchased entry qualification information, which allows entry to an event venue through identity verification, settles payment at a nearby commercial facility of the event venue; an issuance unit (12) that issues benefit information relating to use of the event venue on the basis of information accompanying the settlement if the identity verification is successful; and a reporting unit (13) that reports the issued benefit information to a terminal of the user.
