Abstract

Provided are an authenticity determination device, a computer program, and an authenticity determination method with which it is possible to determine the authenticity of a target medium without special skills or expertise.　The authenticity determination device comprises a control unit that acquires a first image of a target medium captured under first shooting conditions, specifies a bright spot area on the basis of the acquired first image, specifies features of the surrounding area of the bright spot area, and determines the authenticity of the target medium on the basis of the specified features.
