This enables the effective utilization of leftover ink, reducing the disposal costs, environmental burden, and increased ink production costs that may arise from discarding leftover ink. [Solution] An ink utilization system S according to one embodiment includes: a remaining ink registration unit 12 that registers excess special ink from printing with special inks made by blending two or more base inks as remaining ink, along with at least the blending ratio of the base inks and the storage location; a new creation ink identification unit 21 that identifies the weight of the newly created ink and the blending ratio of the base inks; and a remaining ink search and presentation unit 22 that searches for remaining ink that can be used to create the new ink from among the remaining inks registered by the remaining ink registration unit 12 and presents it along with at least the storage location.
