Abstract

An adjustable weight kettlebell is disclosed. [Solution] The case includes an inner and outer case and a weight support frame, the weight support frame is fixed to the inner and outer case, the weight support frame is provided with hangers corresponding to the weight pieces, the weight pieces are positioned and stacked in order, the weight pieces are provided with arc-shaped hooks corresponding to the hangers, the arc-shaped hooks are arranged in order from long to short from top to bottom, forming a weight adjustment gear, the base is provided with a center positioning stand, and a turntable is provided between the base and the center positioning stand, the weight pieces are positioned and placed on the center positioning stand, and the case is positioned and placed on the turntable to cover the weight pieces. When the handle rotates the case, the hangers slide under the corresponding arc-shaped hooks to adjust the weight.
