Abstract

To provide water treatment plant operation control device and water treatment plant operation control method that enable stable treatment in existing facilities with diverse water quality requirements.SOLUTION: An operation control device for a water treatment plant in which a plurality of water treatment series including a reaction tank and a final sedimentation tank are arranged in parallel, treated water is supplied to the plurality of water treatment series by branching them, and treated water treated in the water treatment series is merged to be discharged as effluent. The operation control part includes an effluent water quality target value setting part which sets the effluent water quality target value, an operation condition setting part which sets a target value of treated water quality for each treated water of a plurality of sets of water treatment systems and a flow rate ratio of water to be treated to each water treatment system, and an operation control part for controlling the water treatment plant based on a set value by the operation condition setting part. The operation control device of the water treatment plant controls a flow rate ratio of water to be treated which is branched and given to a plurality of sets of water treatment systems.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
