To provide image decoding method and device for coding image information including chroma quantization parameter data for deriving a chroma quantization parameter table for a chroma component.SOLUTION: An image decoding method includes obtaining a flag indicating whether one chroma quantization parameter table is applied to a chroma component and image information such as chroma quantization parameter data on the basis of the flag, and generating a reconstructed picture on the basis of the image information.
