Claims

1. A coated resin particle having polymer particles containing at least one selected from the group consisting of (meth)acrylic acid and salts thereof as monomer units, and a coating layer covering at least a part of the surface of the polymer particles, The proportion of (meth)acrylic acid and its salts is 70 to 100 mol% relative to the total amount of monomers.
