To provide an operation mechanism with unification of combined operation that enables long-time work while reducing power consumption during not working, by using an electric motor as a power source and by obtaining power from the electric motor only when traveling or working with the mechanism.SOLUTION: A work vehicle A including a travel gear 1 and a work gear 2 comprises: an electric motor 3 as a driving source for driving both gears 1 and 2; a driving switch 4 for driving the electric motor; a travel clutch lever 5 for performing a drive operation of the travel gear 1; and a work operation lever 6 for performing a drive operation of the work gear 2.
