4. The composition according to claim 1, comprising 100 parts by mass of thermoplastic elastomer (a), 5 to 100 parts by mass of polyphenylene ether resin (b), and 50 to 300 parts by mass of rubber softener (c).

7. The composition according to claim 1, wherein, in accordance with JIS K 6262:2013, the compression set after holding a 25% compression deformation at 70°C for 22 hours is 50% or less.
