Abstract

To provide a technique for assisting a setting of pressure rise timing for mold clamping force.SOLUTION: A control unit of an injection molding machine comprises a mold clamping control part and a monitoring part. The mold clamping control part changes a setting value of mold clamping force from a first setting value to a second setting value larger than the first setting value at a predetermined pressure rise timing in the middle of a packing process for packing a molding material in a mold unit during mold clamping. The monitoring part monitors the change in the actual value of the mold clamping force along with the change in the setting value of the mold clamping force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
