Abstract

To enable a service applicant to select a delivery route in consideration of delivery efficiency.SOLUTION: A delivery route determination apparatus of the present disclosure comprises: delivery destination extracting means for extracting an existing delivery destination that exists within a predetermined range from a delivery destination of the service applicant; delivery route determination means for determining a delivery route including the extracted existing delivery destination; calculation means for calculating a delivery date and time candidate when delivering to the delivery destination by the determined delivery route; and output means for outputting the calculated delivery date and time candidate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
