To provide an information processing apparatus, an information processing system, a contract service presentation method, and a control program that present a candidate of an appropriate contract service from a use status of a device of a nursing care facility.SOLUTION: In an information processing system which is connected to a plurality of nursing care facilities via Internet and is configured by an information processing apparatus and a display apparatus, the information processing apparatus 10 includes: an acquisition unit 111 that acquires data relating to nursing care obtained from a device used in the nursing care facility; a service candidate extraction unit 112 that analyses data acquired by the acquisition unit 111 and extracts a candidate of a contract service relating on the nursing care based on an analysis result; and an output unit 113 that outputs the candidate of the contract service extracted by the service candidate extraction unit 112.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
