Abstract
Claims
1. A method for rehabilitating a pipeline connected by a manhole involves impregnating it with a liquid curable resin, airtightly covering the outer surface with a polyethylene film, inserting a pipe rehabilitation tube with a diameter of 400 mm or more and a length of 100 m or more inverted, attaching the pipe rehabilitation tube to the pipe wall of the pipeline, and curing the curable resin. A pipe rehabilitation method characterized by the following steps: first, the tip of the pipe rehabilitation tube is inverted on the ground; then, the inverted end is tightened with a clamping device to create a constricted state; the inverted end is introduced into a manhole; the inverted end is reoriented towards the pipeline by being pulled in or pushed in at the bottom of the manhole and pushed into the pipeline; after the pushing out, the clamping device is removed; and subsequently, the pipe rehabilitation tube is inverted and inserted into the pipeline by hydrostatic pressure.
2. The pipe rehabilitation method according to claim 1, characterized in that the pulling is performed by providing a towing hook at the tip of the fastening device and pulling the towing rope attached to the towing hook from the receiving manhole side.
3. The pipe rehabilitation method according to claim 1, characterized in that the pushing is performed by providing a hook pocket in the fastening device and pushing the hook pocket with a lateral jack.
4. The pipe rehabilitation method according to claim 1, characterized in that air pockets in the curable resin generated as the inversion insertion progresses are vented at the entrance portion of the manhole, and the vent holes are closed after the air has been vented.
5. The pipe rehabilitation method according to claim 4, characterized in that the air vents are closed by heat-sealing a heat-seal patch made of the same type of polyethylene film as the polyethylene film on the outer surface.
