Abstract
To provide an air compressor which can remove foreign objects, such as powder dust, adhering to a filter.SOLUTION: An air compressor 1A includes: a ventilation space 28 formed between a filter 24 attached to a filter attachment part 25 and the interior of a crank case 23; a wall part 26 which partitions the ventilation space 28 from the interior of the crank case 23; a hole part 26a formed at the wall part 26; and a passage 29 which leads to a tank 50 and supplies compressed air in the tank 50 to the ventilation space 28.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2B
