Abstract

To provide a game machine, a method for reading information code, and a computer program.SOLUTION: A game machine includes: an issuing part for issuing a game card by printing an information code on a blank card with a CMY-mixed color; an imaging part for imaging an information code that is printed on a game card; a reading part for reading information that is indicated by an information code printed in a game card on the basis of a captured image that is obtained by the imaging part; and a game execution part for executing a game on the basis of the information that is read by the reading part. The reading part applies image processing including smoothing processing and edge-enhancement processing to a captured image, detects an information code from the captured image that has finished the image processing, and reads information that is indicated by the detected information code.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
